Hello. I’m Maya, a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of industry experience.
I started my career as a Recruitment Consultant, and my passion for working with people led me to transition into Human Resources Management, where I have been exposed to many facets of HR.
Throughout the years, I have contributed to various companies across the Services, Manufacturing, Utilities, Mining, and Resources sectors, ranging from small to large organisations.
I established Marsh Northern Consulting to offer localised HR support to businesses that may not have dedicated in-house HR specialists.
